Boy, that makes me want to... go and out build my own computer. (or buy from a different company...say, you use an Apple, right? How's Apple's support? Have you ever needed it?) Posted by: karrde at March 18, 2007 11:51 AMTruthfully, no. When I got my iMac six years ago (and it's still my workhorse computer) I got the AppleCare support package. Waste of money 'cause I never have had a problem of any sort. I am starting to think of a new computer because this old iMac is old, only a G3, and chugs along at only 600mhz. For $1300 bucks I can get the new 17" duel G5 iMac (the one where the whole computer is in the screen) and use modern software, etc. . . Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well.
