That's Inquirer with an I. Philadelphia has never understood rural Pennsylvania. Part of the reason that town has no crime is because most of the people in it are probably already armed already. Notice the Inky managed to find the one hunter that called the proposal "nuts". This is what passes for balanced reporting in The City of Brotherly Love. Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well.
