You Too Can Be A Gun Blogger

Or just play one on TV. Say Uncle has set up an Open Gun Blog so you can see your name and thoughts in pixels. Lots of interesting stuff already.

For those of you that can satisfy the narrow parameter of that site, more power to you. I tried to post two articles that were geared more toward the politics and mindset of liberty that the second amendment seeks to protect and both were deleted as rants against immigrants, I assume, because I alluded to the importance of steeping newcomers in the attitudes of American liberty to recruit more compatriots to our side of the constitutional debate.

They were "gunnie" enough. I don't have time to waste on mentalities that shallow.

Say Uncle has a good reputation in the gunblog community, now I wonder how he got it. Perhaps he has more than I have seen as this was my first direct exposure, it was also my last.

I can recommend some of the writers there, so it may not be a waste for those of you that would like to find many of them in one place. I will continue to visit them individually. Say Uncle doesn't make my list, ymmv.

That should read "weren't gunnie enough".

In fairness, I must report that I received a very nice response from Say Uncle, and may have to reassess my initial response.

I hate to be wrong, but there is a possibility that I am. Dammit.

Note: Comments close down on posts after seven days and then
the comment input form disappears.

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well. So are strings such as "cialis" (a common spam) which rules out words such as "socialism". Try putting a hyphan in a word like that.
