Meandering...

Joe Huffman reports that Canada now has a huge violent crime problem. Good to see the 2 billion dollar gun registry is working so well.

Speaking of Joe, don't forget that Boomershoot 2006 is approaching. I see that Kirk is getting ready for it.

Michael Bane is having a plastic Kimber moment. I've owned two Glocks in the past (a .357 sig and a .40 S&W) and liked both except for the lack of a real safety. Trying to work both those little button-slide things to disassemble them for cleaning was difficult when my arthritis was acting up but that's my problem. I have nothing against plastic guns (as I call them) and still have the EAA Witness I picked up used last Spring.

Publicola points out the difficulty of trying to make a simple road trip and still comply with differing state laws on car carry. That's just one more reason I confine myself to VT and NH...

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well. So are strings such as "cialis" (a common spam) which rules out words such as "socialism". Try putting a hyphan in a word like that.
