Traffic Record Here

The previous one-day record for visitors here to Alphecca was set in February, 2004 with a link from Glenn to my "interview" with John Kerry, about 6800 people.

That record was shattered yesterday when Michelle Malkin sent 10,000 visitors my way to read this post about passage of the SF gun ban. That post also has the record for the most comments -- so far.

Anyway, my thanks to her and to everyone who links to me. I really do appreciate it. And as I say every few days, thanks to you, readers, for stopping by!

Bless Michelle for doing that. (She's been nice enough to link to me too, providing much-needed traffic and some new readers, for which I'm ever grateful.)

Note: Comments close down on posts after seven days and then
the comment input form disappears.

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well. So are strings such as "cialis" (a common spam) which rules out words such as "socialism". Try putting a hyphan in a word like that.
