Florida Gun Buy-Back

American Drumslinger has the details. In case anyone is dumb enough to turn in their weapons for $50 bucks apiece so they wind-up in the personal collections of the cops.

Hmmm... Maybe I could offer a gun buy-back and build up a nice arsenal of rusty old broken down Saturday night specials...

I wish they would do that around here. I have an old P.O.S. Lorcin that I would almost feel guilty to get fifty bucks for.

Gun buy backs are good news for people with crap guns that aren't worth the $50. I know dealers that make a decent amount taking their junk guns to these things. The cops MUST accept them and give them the cash or gifts.

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well. So are strings such as "cialis" (a common spam) which rules out words such as "socialism". Try putting a hyphan in a word like that.
