November 05, 2004End of the Week...I'm happy with the result of the election but also worn-out. As I used to do, I will be taking the weekend off to recharge my batteries. I'll be back Monday morning with my "Weekly Report" and until then, I hope you all have a fabulous weekend. Thanks very much for stopping by! Comments
Hello, Jeff Soyer. Thanks for running a geat blog and I shall be looking forward to Monday's post. I also have to thank you for your more than generous comments about me. I am sending all my family and friends to your blog of Oct.31st About the election, you were the only person I know who got the percentage outcomes right! I shall be paying close heed to your further predictions. I, too, am glad ahout the results, and I suspect that in a year or so Senator Kennedy will be also. The Republicans (and I resent their taking over the label because nothing the Bush crowd stands for is what I grew up with in my very Republican family!) now have it all. Since things are going to get a lot worse in Iraq and the Midddle East, they now will have nobody but themselves to blame. I voted for Nader. I knew that in Vermont doing ao could not be construed as a 'spoiler' vote, and I wanted to give him what little boost I could. He is not my ideal candidate, but he, like me, is trying to awaken us all to the need to curb the danagerously irresponsible attitude of present corporate philosophy. Thanks again... Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well. So are strings such as "cialis" (a common spam) which rules out words such as "socialism". Try putting a hyphan in a word like that. By Golly, you're reading an archived post.
