I haven't forgotten. I supported that when you proposed it, and I support it even more today. I would with ease vote for Glenn Reynolds, Rachel Lucas, you (Jeff Soyer), Eric Scheie, or just about anybody on my blogroll over any of those running now. I would love to see Glenn Reynolds, Eugene Volokh, Jonathan Rowe, Timothy Sandefur, Randy Barnett, all or any of them on the Supreme Court. Then, we would have: Freedom! Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well.
