September 11, 2004Cruising Around...My buddy Fuz at WeckUpToThees! says that while 9/11 is certainly important, for those who want a national holiday, there already is a Patriot Day. My friend Sol shows once again why Solomonia is an important blog you all should be reading with this post on modern Islamic terrorism. Rocket Jones explains something that the left has never gotten: He's not getting over 9/11. Nor should any of us. Over at On The Third Hand, my friend MommaBear has more on Iran and Kathy Kinsley has a roundup of Sept. 11th posts. My friend Dancing Rain Girl at My Wide Blue Seas has fitting poetry and remembrances right about here and I hope you'll visit. She's off most bloggers' radar but never mine. My good (I've met them!) friends Jay and Deb post this moving commentary and pictorial on 9/11. Lastly but not leastly (never!) is Dean Esmay with his remembrances. I know there's more tons of good stuff out there but I need to take this day off to remember on my own. That day three years ago was astounding and changed my life forever. I originally went into a huge rant here about Islam but I've decided that I shouldn't add to the hate in the world so screw-it. Comments
