Okay, I'm Off Again...

So just a couple posts to show I'm not dead yet... I'll be back on Tuesday to continue my blatherings.

Oh! You noticed! Yeah, call me a hypocrite but to hell with altruism. I did away with my PayPal Tip Jar last Winter but I've decided that I really could use some kind donations to the cause around here. Certainly my "Weekly Reports" (which will return Monday, Sept. 6th, as the AWB is about to expire) are worth something. Besides, I need the money! So (*ahem*) you'll notice that to the right of this post is my little gifting spot. Boy would I love to come back Tuesday from my parents' and "feel the love..."

Ten bucks buys a box of bullets or feeds my cats for a week. $20 dollars pays my monthly ISP bill. And for those of you who are really flush with cash; $117 Quatloos pays the rent on my domains and web hostings for a year!

Anyway, if you can, thanks very much. I always send out thank you emails and when I return next week I certainly will. For those who can't; that's alright -- I'm in the same boat...

(And for those who gripe that PayPal is anti-gun: True, they don't allow transactions for firearm stuff. But they are easy to use and accept both credit cards and electronic checking payments and frankly, they're the biggest game in town and the only one I'm registered with from back in my EBay days.)
