Kerry Trashes Bill of Rights

In a non-link headline from Drudge comes this:

The Kerry campaign calls on a publisher to 'withdraw book' written by group of veterans, claiming veterans are lying about Kerry's service in Vietnam and operating as a front organization for Bush. Kerry campaign has told Salon.com that the publisher of UNFIT FOR COMMAND is 'retailing a hoax'... 'No publisher should want to be selling books with proven falsehoods in them,' Kerry campaign spokesman Chad Clanton tells the online mag... Developing...

Interesting that they didn't call for a ban on moveon.org or on Michael Moore's book and movie of lies.

Anyway, I guess this seals it since it's obvious that John Kerry not only doesn't believe in the Second Amendment, now he apparently doesn't support the First Amendment either. Folks, if this piece of slime is elected president you can kiss the Bill of Rights goodbye. In fact, I'd say that any supposed American that would so quickly trash our Constitution and Bill of Rights for political purposes is a traitor to our country and should legally be dealt with accordingly.

Furthermore, it is obvious that the Democratic Machine is bent on litigating their way back into the White House using their trial-lawyer buddies' muscle. Lastly, it is also clear that ABC, CBS, NBC, the New York Times, Boston Globe, Washington Post, et al are determined to suppress any negative material on Kerry. Indeed, they seem to be trying to undermine journalistic standards and our nation's election laws and frankly, in my opinion, they are trying to "throw" the election to Kerry. Worst of all, it will probably work.

I guess I'm voting for Bush.

Update 8/21: See what I mean?

White House spokesman Scott McClellan said several times that the senator's Thursday comments showed he had lost his cool, a suggestion that Bush's rival lacked presidential temperament.

"I do think that Senator Kerry losing his cool should not be an excuse for him to lash out at the president with false and baseless attacks," the spokesman told reporters in Crawford, Texas.

"We've already said we weren't involved in any way in these ads," he said. "We've made that clear."

A few hours after he spoke, the Kerry campaign filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission that alleged the group behind the ad was illegally coordinating its efforts with the Bush-Cheney campaign. It cited "recent press reports" and the group's own statements. The Bush campaign denied the allegation.

Kerry and company are such astounding hypocrites. Everyone knows moveon.org is collecting campaign funds for anti-Bush ads. That they have published some of the most scurrilous information ever put out is history. And never mind how Michael Moore is the darling of the anti-American left and he'll have his new book out just before the election. And you can bet that suddenly the TV networks will again be interested and sucking-up to him.

Anyway, you don't see Bush whining about all that. The difference, of course, is that Bush is an adult.

'bout time you saw the light.

My friend Jeff Soyer saw the light a long time ago, well before I did, or more clearly. Look back at his archives and read some of the things he has written about Kerry. He puts the case against that Communist piece of slime better than anybody else I know. Everything I've seen tells me that Bush, whatever else you may say about him (and I've said plenty), is much better than Kerry, much more fit to be the Commander in Chief of our armed forces in this War against Islam's Terror. On both the Second Amendment and the First Amendment, Bush looks like a libertarian compared to Kerry.

Um, NOYB, really intelligent comment. Thanks for adding to the discussion. Don't let the dictionary hit your ass on the way out.

Unfortunately, you could replace "John Kerry" with "George Bush" in that sentence without making it any less true.

Have you seen that Bush wants to sue to keep the Swiftboat Vets from airing their ads?

Your comments are welcome. You don't need to enter a URL and you don't need a "valid" email address, either. Note though that MT Blacklist is installed to flag suspiciously spam-like strings. Unfortunately, because of the bastard spammers, the strings "google.com" and "yahoo.com" (even in your email address) are currently banned as well. So are strings such as "cialis" (a common spam) which rules out words such as "socialism". Try putting a hyphan in a word like that.
