A study in mice has found that two commonly used antioxidants â€” vitamin E and a compound called N-acetylcysteine (NAC) â€” speed the growth of lung cancer rather than curb it.
Read the whole thing. I don’t take vitamin supplements. I rely on a decent and varied selection of food to “take care of business” in my body. That, and an optimistic outlook.
